“Love works in miracles every day: such as weakening the strong, and strengthening the weak; making fools of the wise, and wise men of fools; favouring the passions, destroying reason, and in a word, turning everything topsy-turvy.”
Marguerite De Valois
Working in the NICU has made me a bit of a fool...The last two days I had the privilege of taking care of a true miracle. I love having a new perspective on life, and my career. I am blessed...

Could you be more specific withough violating patient confidentiality laws? I would love to hear a good story just about now!
The NICU loves having you! I don't know which other baby you were taking care of but I know they are all miracles.. and you are welcome to share our story with anyone! :)
You guys are truley angels. All the hours and $$ studying so you can be an instrument in his hands. Glad you get to see his work in yours. Keeping precious babies here.
Audrey, I WAS talking about your sweet Darbi. She has changed my perspective. I am so glad I got to know you. I hope to see you often and get updates! To all my friends...Click on Audrey's blog and read her great story!
Okay, now I want to come back to work. Dangit.
We work in an amazing place, Jen, But... it is amazing nurses like you that make our miracles come true. As Nat said , you are an instrument in His hands. Darbi does well because of you. She is a miracle through and through but your teaching of the techniques is what makes it possible for sweet babies to go home in their wonderful parents arms. Thanks for being such an example to all of us. You are amazing in your own right!!!
